Role: Commercial Consultant

Location: Pakistan or India

Working hours: 4 hours daily (4 to 8 weeks )

Agencies and marketers use MediaRadar to create the best media mix, uncover new advertising opportunities, and monitor their competitors. In November of 2023, MediaRadar acquired Vivvix, a company offering competitive advertising intelligence across both digital and traditional media channels, such as mobile apps, streaming services, and social media. MediaRadar and Vivvix are both AI-powered platforms, with AI used to track and collect advertising insights across media channels, as well as to power sales recommendations and prospecting tools. Following the Transaction, MediaRadar’s expanded resources and capital will allow it to further invest in cutting-edge data and tech capabilities, building next-gen solutions that drive maximum value for its customers and cementing its position as the industry’s analytics leader.

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match Client Records: Identify discrepancies between Salesforce and the finance file, even when names don’t match (e.g., “Google” vs. “Google Inc.”).
  • Reconcile Transactions: Finance file may show a single ARR figure per client, while Salesforce has multiple transactions. Manually verify correct mapping.
  • Review Contracts: Read contracts stored in Salesforce (PDFs, notes) to determine the correct ARR.
  • Identify & Document Issues: If ARR does not align, investigate and document reasons.
  • Update Salesforce: If discrepancies are found in Salesforce, corrections must be made both at the Order level and its related Opportunity level:
  • Order Object: Correct the order start dates, end dates, and order amounts.
  • Opportunity Object (related to the order): Ensure accurate updates for:
  • ARR up for renewal
  • For closed deals: ARR renewed at Price increase, Price decrease, Full churn amount, Contract dates
  • Provide a Final Verified Report: A fully matched, reconciled report that finance can trust.
Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with Salesforce (understanding of accounts, orders, and ARR reporting).
  • Strong attention to detail (this is an exact match project, not a 99% match).
  • Experience with financial data reconciliation (ARR, revenue, contracts).
  • Analytical problem-solving skills (must independently investigate data discrepancies).
  • Ability to read contracts & transaction notes (to find the right ARR data).

Tools Used:

  • Salesforce (for contracts, orders, ARR tracking)
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (for data reconciliation)
  • PDFs (contract documents for verification)

Scope & Data Volume:

  • Number of Accounts: ~2,000+ unique client records
  • Number of Transactions (Orders in Salesforce): ~3,000+ historical transactions

Project Duration:

  • Estimated 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity.
