The Account Management team is responsible for the successful renewal and growth of CFRA’s existing clients. In addition to renewing the business in place, Account Managers should develop strong relationships with key contacts at each account, understand the goals and initiatives of each account, think strategically about ways in which CFRA can help each client achieve their goals by utilizing our products & services, and identify areas for potential account growth. Account Managers should work cooperatively with all departments at CFRA to ensure client expectations are exceeded, and account goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
THE ROLE
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Account Management Team. The successful candidate will support the team servicing existing accounts through:
- Account strategy development & execution
- Relationship development
- Revenue retention & growth
- Cross-selling initiatives
- Acting as the primary liaison between the client and internal research/product teams.
THE CANDIDATE
This role would suit a qualified individual with 3-5 years of account management or sales experience in the financial services industry in a client-facing position.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience managing client relationships, including acting as the primary liaison between the client and internal research and/or product teams (including pitching and delivering the value proposition of latest research) to ensure the client is maximizing value.
- Experience selling into existing accounts / growing a Book of Business.
- Strong business leadership, organizational, time management, analytical, forward-thinking, and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset.
- Collaborative work ethic
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Facility with data analysis
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Familiarity with financial markets and investment research
- Experience with Salesforce highly valued
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree - financial major preferred

Base salary $75,000–$115,000 with a variable target of approximately 15-20% of base
