We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our Wealth Management team in the Americas. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the addition of new clients. By effectively marketing and selling our research and advisory solutions, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and identify potential new clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Qualify prospective clients by understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and research needs
  • Present our Wealth management solutions in a clear and compelling manner to convert prospects into clients
  • Tight coordination and collaboration with Market Development, Research, and Product teams
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a relentless drive to surpass goals
  • Provide responsive and attentive client service to ensure a positive experience and build long-term partnerships
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Candidates must have a clear track record of excellence in several categories, including achievement of sales goals, teamwork, professionalism, communication, organization, and client service. Candidates should also possess:
  • 1-3 years of financial services sales experience, preferably within the Wealth Management industry
  • Demonstrated success in following a defined sales process and achieving sales goals
  • Previous experience in a Research environment is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (preferably Salesloft)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand prospective client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
