CFRA is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and outreach initiatives.
With your extensive skills and experience in account-based marketing, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, website management, and content optimization, you will drive awareness, engagement, website traffic, and inbound leads, with a focus on quality and increased conversion rates and each stage of the marketing funnel.
You will partner closely with CFRA’s marketing leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to achieve the stated goals and lead the day-to-day execution, tracking, reporting, and optimization of the process from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management and optimization of CFRA web properties including seamless user-journeys and value-added content
- Develop an organic search (SEO) strategy that is targeted, monitored, and optimized on an ongoing basis
- Manage and optimize paid lead generation strategies (ABM, SEM, social, native advertising, etc.) to drive high quality inbound leads
- Identify and utilize AI tools for content generation, personalization, and performance optimization
- Manage advertising spend within budget with a focus on efficiency of spend and velocity of conversion
- Develop site localization and optimization strategy for Europe and Asia
- Ensure relevant content, graphics, videos etc. are fresh, on-brand, and updated regularly
- Conduct ongoing research (keyword, competitive, etc.) to inform, organic, paid, localized, and content strategies
- Conduct ongoing optimization of site design, content structure, and user experience by leveraging competitive analysis, best practices, analytics, and customer feedback
- Conduct regular site audits to identify and address technical SEO issues
- Report regularly on all facets of site and search performance
- Maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on financial trends and competitors
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- 7+ years of relevant, progressive B2B experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience in the financial services (wealth management industry preferred)
- Expert level knowledge of ABM, SEO, and SEM
- Expert level knowledge of analytic tools including Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), and SEMRush
- Demonstrated proficiency key tools and platforms including Foundry/Triblio, Salesforce/Pardot, Hootsuite, WordPress, Adobe Analytics, and LinkedIn
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, site architecture, and visual design
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Highly analytical and data driven
- High attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform duties in an ambiguous environment
