The Business Analyst will join a Product & Operations team in a subscription-based SaaS environment, helping transform complex data into clear business insights that drive strategic decisions and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and business-oriented Business Analyst to join our Product & Operations team within a B2B subscription-based SaaS environment. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations, translating complex data into clear business insights that drive strategic decision‑making. You will analyze user behavior, product performance, revenue trends, retention metrics, and operational KPIs to optimize product development, customer experience, and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate is technically strong in data analysis and an excellent communicator, capable of translating data into compelling narratives for executive and cross-functional audiences in English (Spanish is a plus).
Desired Qualifications
Education in Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative fields. A Master’s degree or advanced certifications are a plus. 2–4+ years in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, BI, or similar data-focused roles. Experience in a subscription-based B2B SaaS environment and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams. Strong proficiency in SQL; Python (Pandas), Amplitude (or Mixpanel/GA4), and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau). Excellent English communication and executive-ready storytelling with data. Spanish is a nice to have. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze platform usage patterns, engagement trends, and friction points.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards (Amplitude and other BI tools).
- Define and track KPIs related to user engagement, retention (GRR, NRR), product adoption, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Translate behavioral data into actionable recommendations to improve adoption, retention, and user experience.
- Support product discovery by validating hypotheses with real usage data.
- Evaluate product releases using defined KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Develop measurement frameworks for product-market fit and feature impact.
- Support forecasting of renewals and revenue trends; analyze GRR, NRR, and DRR evolution by ICP.
- Conduct first-year account performance analyses and provide conversion, lead source, and sales performance insights.
- Assist Customer Success with client journey analyses and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Perform time & motion studies to identify operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate event tracking and instrumentation; design and audit tracking plans.
- Validate data consistency and quality; maintain governance across cross-functional data flows.
- Produce QBRs, executive performance presentations, and operational dashboards; present insights to leadership.
- Transform complex datasets into structured business narratives with recommended actions; contribute to strategic product discussions.
