About the Role:
Are you energized by complexity, motivated by impact, and passionate about building the connective tissue between people, platforms, and performance? We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Platforms to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across AI, Micro Frontend architecture, and enterprise integrations.
This is more than a coordination role. As a TPM at 3E, you’ll lead with curiosity and precision—turning ambiguity into clarity and delivery roadmaps into measurable success. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to ensure platform programs are delivered with agility, accountability, and excellence.
Location: We prefer candidates in the Bethesda, Maryland or Canton, Ohio areas, but are open to remote candidates in the Eastern time zone.

What You'll Do

  • Lead AI-First Delivery: Champion an AI-first mindset by enabling delivery of transformative, AI-powered platforms and integrations that unlock value across the enterprise.
  • Drive Technical Program Integration: Orchestrate platform-level initiatives, aligning architecture, security, and governance across products and services. Stay ahead of risks and cross-team dependencies—your foresight is critical.
  • Own Systems of Record & Program Hygiene: Establish JIRA and Confluence as real-time sources of truth, ensuring project artifacts, workflows, and updates are accurate, auditable, and aligned to milestones.
  • Govern Process Excellence: Bridge IT, Agile, and Product domains to continuously improve how we build and deliver. Elevate operational standards, process alignment, and scalable governance.
  • Execute with Clarity: Own the full program lifecycle—from kickoff to delivery. Drive accountability around timelines, blockers, and delivery data. Keep everyone aligned and focused on what matters most.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Facilitate productive conversations across engineering, product, and business teams. Lead delivery planning and issue resolution across global time zones.
  • Promote Agile Rigor: Enforce standards like Definition of Ready/Done, sub-task traceability, and dependency mapping. Partner with teams to improve delivery velocity and predictability.
  • Communicate with Impact: Deliver crisp, data-driven updates to leadership that cut through complexity and inspire confidence. Maintain dashboards and flow metrics that fuel insight and decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery operations in a tech-forward organization
  • Proven success leading platform initiatives and systems integration across Agile teams
  • Strong fluency in software development, especially in AI, cloud, or frontend architecture
  • Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and program reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills—you influence without authority and build alignment with clarity
  • A calm, confident approach to ambiguity, pressure, and fast-paced change

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Balance strategy and execution with ease—you're as comfortable mapping the big picture as you are getting into the details
  • Lead with data, empathy, and accountability
  • Enjoy solving complex challenges across teams, time zones, and technologies
  • Are passionate about systems thinking and operational excellence
  • Believe in inclusive collaboration and embrace diverse perspectives
