About the Role:
The Customer Solution Analyst plays a critical role in executing and optimizing large-scale supplier outreach campaigns and managed data collection initiatives on behalf of 3E customers. These campaigns are core to helping our customers meet regulatory, sustainability, and product compliance goals by collecting accurate data from their supplier ecosystems.
This role bridges technical understanding, regulatory awareness, and strong project execution. Campaign Managers work closely with customers to align campaign strategy to desired business outcomes, define data requirements, and translate those into executable workflows using 3E tools and systems. They also build and manage relationships with suppliers to maximize participation and data quality.
The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager, business analyst, and relationship builder, with a strong grasp of compliance drivers and supplier dynamics.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of supplier outreach campaigns and managed data collection programs.
- Translate customer objectives and regulatory requirements into actionable campaign plans and workflows.
- Define data needs, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective handoffs from sales and implementation, and set clear expectations with customers early in the engagement.
- Understand the customer’s product, compliance, or sustainability goals and ensure delivery aligns with those outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase supplier response rates and improve data accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for suppliers during active campaigns, troubleshooting issues and maintaining engagement.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- ·3–5 years of experience in roles such as business analyst, project manager, client delivery lead, or supplier engagement specialist, ideally in a SaaS or compliance-oriented environment.
- At least two (2) years of experience leading customer-facing teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer goals into structured execution plans..
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results independently.
- Professional Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with a global customer base
- Travel required for onsite meetings with customers and internal meetings as needed
- Experience with onboarding in compliance, environmental health & safety, or sustainability-focused platforms. (Desired)
