About the Role:
As a Regulatory Specialist within 3E’s Materials & Sustainability (M&S) domain, you’ll help transform complex regulations into structured, actionable content that powers our solutions and supports our customers’ compliance and sustainability goals.
You’ll interpret new and evolving regulations, structure them into usable formats, and ensure their accurate implementation across 3E’s platforms. This role collaborates cross-functionally to enhance automation, support internal and customer inquiries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory content and tools.
What You'll Do!
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret evolving product and sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, Ecodesign, packaging).regulatory compliance.
- Translate regulatory requirements into structured formats such as rules, templates, and lists.
- Collaborate with regulatory monitoring, content development, and technology teams to ensure consistent implementation across 3E platforms.
- Support testing, validation, and documentation of regulatory content updates.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with domain-specific insight.
- Contribute to the evolution of automation and AI-assisted tools used for content integration.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory content needs across product teams and domains.
- Support ongoing knowledge-sharing and alignment across stakeholder groups.
What Makes You A Great Fit!
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Law, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance or regulatory content development.
- Familiarity with global sustainability frameworks and product regulations.
- Working knowledge of structured content systems and digital data management.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and quality assurance practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-based environment.
- Exposure to AI and automation in a regulatory context is advantageous.
