About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support and ready to make a global impact? Join our HR Operations team as the HR Shared Services Specialist and play a key part in creating a seamless employee experience for our 3E team worldwide. In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of HR operations, managing crucial HR processes and tasks that keep our operations running while ensuring accuracy and global compliance. As the HR Shared Services Lead, you’ll have responsibility for our HR case management system and for delighting our colleagues with thorough, timely responses to their inquiries. You’ll also be committed to continuously improving our process and employee experience through operational excellence and top-notch service.

What You'll Do
- Global HR Operations: Support key HR processes across hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, including document preparation and consistent process execution.
- Case Management & Employee Support: Manage the HR case management tool to ensure efficient operations, resolve employee inquiries promptly, and evaluate the system for needed improvements.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, adhering to all applicable regulations and staying informed on HR legislation.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Collaborate with internal and global partners to support payroll processes, track global benefits enrollments, and maintain up-to-date information on employee changes.
- Insights & Optimization: Suggest system and process enhancements based on best practices, pain points, and data analysis.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, including global HR support with knowledge of international labor laws; 2+ years with HR technology (HRIS, service ticketing, performance management platforms).
- Skills: Excellent customer service, strong organizational and prioritizing abilities in fast-paced environments, and effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
- Mindset: Detail- and service-oriented, resourceful, and committed to continuous improvement; ability to balance independent motivation with collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
