About the Role:
3E is expanding its Regulatory Research and Analysis team which is responsible for crafting the global regulation changes and building them into the content of all of our products. This role is at the heart of what makes 3E a global industry leader and sits at the core of our purpose: to enable a safer, more sustainable world by protecting people, safeguarding products, and helping businesses grow.

What You'll Do:
- Research, interpret, and analyze global EH&S regulations and provide specifications for implementation of enhancements into the Authoring software application and compliance purposes to clients
- Analyze and define regulatory requirements to be implemented in SDS Authoring Software
- Transcribe regulatory requirements into technical write-ups (BRDs) for system development
- Coordinate interpretation decision with other internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) when appropriate/ needed
- Analyze quarterly data / content update to determine appropriate application in 3E’s SDS authoring software
- Participate in day-to-day regulatory research and analysis content enhancement, expansion, and/or maintenance
- Provide customers/clients support
- Provide regulatory support to various departments at 3E ( and work with them to interpret the requirements
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Minimum Requirements:
- Chemistry background: Graduate in Chemical or Science; Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Regulatory background / experience in global SDS/ GHS regulatory framework (including but not limited to; EU REACH & CLP, US OSHA & TSCA and its equivalent in other countries)
- At least six (6) years of Product Safety and SDS Authoring experience and/or EHS regulatory/ legal experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in any EHS software and/or other software for Product Compliance
- Strong computer application technical skills (e.g. excel, JIRA etc.)
- Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and compile technical specifications within the development process
- Experience working both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong Pluses:
- Experience in any software system Product Development Process
- Using SDS Authoring platform and/or defining regulatory requirements for SDS Authoring Software
