3E is looking for a Strong Senior Director to lead our growing Supply Chain and Sustainability business. We're looking for a thoughtful leader and dynamic communicator who is comfortable mapping out the future and making it real. This hands-on role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing a product roadmap by leading the team's product owners and managers. This is a unique opportunity to help reshape companies' sustainability strategies by developing product and data offerings in a fast-growing space with the backing of 3E's industry-leading team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for 3E’s Supply Chain and sustainability business line. Aligning with key stakeholders, overseeing ideas, planning, development, launch, and maintenance for the 3E Exchange product
- Adopt 3E’s Business Lifecycle framework as it relates to Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, Build and test, GTM, and Adoption/Performance
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to assist in 3E’s broader sustainability strategy and market positioning
- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers/Owners to execute Product Strategy and roadmap, aligning with 3E’s agile development process
- Mentor and help the team grow into positions of influence, scaling the product organization
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned
What'll Make You a Great Fit
- 10+ years’ experience in Product Management supporting SAAS Platform development and Content Delivery solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required
- Experience leading company-wide initiatives with diverse stakeholders and executive visibility and managing products through the full product lifecycle
- Background in information services, with a focus on supply chain and sustainability. SAAS solutions preferred
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing a team of product managers and product owners
- Solid technical background with understanding and experience in product standardization, AI/Machine Learning, and user analytics
- Advanced understanding of SCRUM and Agile methodologies
- Proven communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies
